Remote work – How to do it properly?

We hope that these few tips will improve your work. It could be a good solution for nowadays.   Remote work has become a very popular phenomenon in the last 3 years. This is still a small factor compared to traditional work in offices, but changes in this direction are noticeable. At present, remote work is becoming an increasingly popular phenomenon and an option for employers. Offices allow employees to work directly from home. This brings many benefits to both sides. For the employee and the employer. This article will be addressed not only to architects.     Pluses of remote work:

    • no office rental costs (very high fixed cost)
    • flexible plan of the day
    • you don’t have to spend a lot of time commuting
    • the ability to work from all of the places
    • childcare possibility

     

    Minuses of remote work:

    • no contact with people
    • lack of self-discipline can affect efficiency and working hours
    • a lot of distractions in the work environment at home
    • nevertheless, worse communication – it’s hard to change, compare it to face to face meetings
